At CODA Life, every restoration project deserves time, care, and individual attention. To ensure the best experience for you and your treasured antiques, we follow a simple, personalized scheduling process.

1. Initial Contact

Start by reaching out to us through your preferred method:

Please include:

  • A brief description of your item(s)

  • Photos, if available

  • Type of service requested (repair, restoration, cleaning, etc.)

  • Any specific timing needs

2. Appointment Setup

After reviewing your request, we will:

  • Respond within 1–2 business days

  • Offer available dates and times for a consultation, pickup, or drop-off

  • Note: Our calendar typically books 1–2 weeks in advance

3. Consultation or Item Review

Depending on your location and needs:

  • Local Clients: Schedule an in-person visit to our New Market workshop

  • Non-Local Clients: Book a virtual consultation or ship your item safely to us (we’ll provide instructions)

  • We’ll examine the item and provide a timeline and service estimate

4. Service Timeline & Updates

  • Once approved, your restoration is scheduled into our workflow

  • We provide progress updates every 1–2 weeks

  • If specialty parts or unexpected delays arise, we’ll notify you right away

5. Completion & Pickup/Delivery

When your item is complete:

  • We’ll contact you to arrange pickup or return shipping

  • Any remaining balance is due at this time

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance

  • 🚚 Rush services may be available for an additional fee

  • 🛑 No walk-ins or unscheduled drop-offs – all visits are by appointment only
